Omg, I'm fed up.... And feel like giving up 😭
I'm really trying but getting nowhere, actually in tears this morning after my weigh in

Well done, I agree with what Gilly said, weighing yourself every day I feel Is setting yourself up to be disappointed as your weight fluctuates, once a week keeps you motivated to keep going. X
