First day rest after weight lifting

Have been eating two chicken breasts a day

My biggest priority is to gain muscle mass, my secondary priority is to loose fat weight.

The measurings are from a body composition monitor (a somewhat inaccurate and old model from Tanita)
63.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 1.9 kg.    남은양: 7.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
