1⁄2lb gain this week, but I can't complain. After having an horrendous stomach bug last week which bumped my weekly loss up to 8.8lb, I fully expected a bigger gain this week with being back on plan again.
I'm not concerned, or worried, or upset like I would have been before about a gain. It's a small one, and it's all part of the journey. We all hit bumps along the way!
