Definitely a plateau again. Had a well behaved weekend, and still hovering around the same weight!

As your target gets closer, it seems the body knows and makes it ever more difficult get there.

Will give it another week and if it persist will change things up.

The land of the awful plateau visits you too. Yes, I am stuck there at the moment - ehm three weeks! - but have decided to fight back by changing things up too. Good luck to you too.

You guys certainly have the right idea. Always keep the body guessing. But I have to add something here: Remember to have fun with this. We are all serious about climbing out of our fat suits, but I have found (and this is what works for me; can't speak for other people) that if I see this as a game and keep my food interesting, things are a lot easier. Even the scale starts to bother me less. But the mirror, oh the mirror...
