Good! Back down 2 lbs since yesterday. Weight certainly can fluctuate, but I had to get rid of that last weigh in! I did track my points yesterday and was 25 for the day, so 3 over. I ate all healthy stuff. I went swimming, there for 3 hours total, so I was actually swimming at least 1-1 1/2 hours total. We also went on about a 25 min walk last night too. I am feeling more in control of things recording this and feeling a "can-do" attitiude with making these decisons to stick with this for 3 days in a row. This is a manageable amount of time to commit too. How are you guys doing that are committing to this with me doing so far? Report in on Sat. if you don't sooner. Here's to us!
