Went to the doctor today. She used to be my size...pretty heavy. Now she is pretty thin...almost skinny. She said that the South Beach diet works and the more research that is done, supports it. And, she has done well one it herself. That was encouragement-- but for some reason, I'm not really losing right now. Maybe I should go back to Phase 1 for two weeks because I have so much to lose.
I think that stress makes it hard to lose weight and I have more than usual stress right now. It is mostly work related.
