Honestly, I’m eating anything I want right now (am unofficially off Keto and even eating chocolates, cookies and donuts) but limiting portions. Im keeping with IF and daily working out, which has helped maintain my weight. Right now, I’m focused on getting strong and fit, and how clothes fit. Will focus on the scale again from 1st July
70.3 kg 지금까지 감소한: 13.6 kg.    남은양: 4.3 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
