Yip, 1920 calories. No exercise yesterday. Breakfast: Can of tuna in brine, two boiled eggs, 1 provita rye and 2 rice cakes. 40g full cream cottage cheese, 1 tbsp nola mayo. Snack 11am: usn protein shake and an apple Lunch: nando’s quarter chicken lemon and herb breast portion with meilie pap and sauce side Snack: 13:30 usn protein shake Dinner smoothie: 120g frozen berries, 1 banana, 32g superfoods supershake, 1 tbsp woolies peanut butter, 20g almonds, 81g pineapple, 180ml rice and coconut milk And just for fun a couple woolies beetroot crisps.

Oh and 1 coffee with milk and no sugar. Macros: 34% carbs 34% protein 32% fat
