So here's the deal. I have not been doing well. Migraine equals a need for caffeine, and since I haven't bought even diet pop for myself, that meant a regular pop. Also, too tired to cook a good meal for myself, that means, boyfriend was nice and ordered in. Lots of bad choices yesterday. But I'm not that concerned. I feel off the wagon for about two days. Two days of eating too much isn't going to be ten pounds later. Especially if today, I do things reasonably.
Today is also a birthday, but the birthday girl wants sushi for dinner, so I can still make good choices :)
My office mate is also gone for the next two weeks for her wedding. I'm alone for most of that time, so here's testing my resistance to bored eating.
