Very rocky start yesterday with donuts in the house! I wanted to eat all day but I stopped the spiral and had a good dinner- today I’m seeing positive results! In Chicago today for the Cubs game so I’m expecting a probable gain tomorrow but I’m going to enjoy the day!

What a great game!!! Some cool things: Joe Mantegna was hanging out a few rows in front of us and we almost got hit by Schwarbs foul ball! But really, the best thing was hanging out with my kid. She had a really good time. ❤️ Totally sunk my day nutritionally though. 😆
