Very, very happy! I went up 200gr after last Sunday's weigh-in, then stayed completely steady until Friday, and now 900gr down in two days! What have I done differently in the last two days? Come in at about 10% under RDI and walked lots! That's all. I say that's all, because for some reason it hasn't felt difficult at all, so I'm enjoying that while it lasts.
Planning a day trip to Bursa today, about 100km away, to see a friend and do some shopping for New Year gifts (we don't do Christmas here, but have all the trappings of a western Christmas on New Year's Eve). Included in the plan is a good coffee and a slice of cheesecake - I think I deserve it!
