Logging yesterday's weight- I was back at 142 this morning, but may be retaining a little water after having soy sauce over rice and broccoli last night. TOM has been visiting this week, so I have not been eating as good as I could. Overall though I did pretty good. I've not slept well at night this week which has been frustrating and tiring. We've had VBS at church all week for the kids so it's been a full week. I've been too tired at night to go for my usual walk but then I can't fall asleep. Now that I say that, I know a walk and exercise does help me sleep better. Guess I had better make myself go even if I'm tired. I will work out at the gym tomorrow morning. Sorry I haven't checked in with my buddies this week with the busyness. I will tonight or tomorrow. Hope you all have had a good week. Rachel
