Still platou on the scales. Hope it breaks soon. Otherwise change of routine is coming up.

Had massage at another place yesterday, and did't score better on deep sleep. Plan to try three more places, and let the sleep score decide where to go on a regular basis later.

Found my new wake-up stretching is called "Yi Jin Jing". Learned that only yesterday, from the detailed explanation https://youtu.be/Ez6NYcasyhs

Excited about having found this guide. My body is softer and more bendable after only a few days with this stuff.

Suggest you find a slot between wake and other routines. Then you're done with it, before you get side tracked with the day. The feel-good reward afterwards made it surprisingly easy to adopt. My kind of 'sugar'. Find myself sneaking in some bonus moves during the day too 'just because'.
