Ahhh! I worked my butt off last week, and stayed within my points range, and I GAIN 3 POUNDS!?!? I'll just have to keep trying this week, and see how it goes. :(

I'm sure it's water weight from some hidden salt? Drink lots of water and keep on kickin' it up... look at some of the labels to see if there was higher than expected salts, maybe. I'm sure it'll show a nice loss in a couple days... keep on kickin' it!
