Im feeling pretty defeated which is completely ridiculous. Its only a couple of bad days, and Im sure that if I could get in one really good day of following my macros, then I would see a change. I was hoping to never see this number again. And theres donuts at work - again. And there will be donuts tomorrow - again. At least I skipped it today. I might have to change up my breakfast tomorrow because my eggs are getting boring. I feel like such a debbie downer right now.

HEY - easy on the Debbies! LOL. Atkins makes a fairly good ham & egg omelet, and a good breakfast casserole (just a little spicy for me - I pick out the peppers!) You should try the High-Fiber One-Minute Flax Muffin eaten as pancakes with Walden Farms sugar-free Syrup. DELICIOUS - with 11 grams of Fiber and only 1.8 Net Carbs. It literally takes one minute to mix up and only 55 seconds to cook in the microwave!
