It is Thursday and again, I had a loss at weigh in. I did lots of traveling, but really did try to make good choices and smaller (lots smaller) meals after eating out. I will be traveling the next two weeks and not in control of my meals at all the first week. But, I will enjoy the company and the activities of the week and be thankful that I am able to spend the time with my sister and with friends. The time will feed my soul and I need the rest. Will keep in touch, I like that so many places have WIFI and I am able to travel with my computer. Take care and lets keep walking this trail together, WE CAN DO THIS.
