Am not too fussed as I started exercising almost daily 4 weeks ago and scale hasn’t moved much but my clothes Fit🙌🏾💃🏽🥳 Like stuff that was in the give away pile because I’d figured I’d never be able to fit in them again. So yes, this another reminder for me on this journey that the scale isn’t everything, centimeter losses are more accurate reflections of my progress!
