It's working... Down another 1.5 lbs and I am feeling better and better about my meals. Last night my husband tried something new for dinner with baby shrimp, onions, mushrooms, snap peas, garlic, cayanne, all cooked in no salt added diced tomomato's... it was great and very filling like a stew. I am going to stay strong for the weekend coming up to continue the weightloss.
