BEEN slowely creeping up this past week on Atkins & got up to 117.4 as of this morning so I decided to try Weight Watchers for a month & see how it goes. Had pasta & apples & banana's for the 1st time in what seems like years (ok over a year) and boy were they good!!!
Going to stick with it until Jan 1st & see what happens.
53.3 kg 지금까지 감소한: 5.3 kg.    남은양: 4.3 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
