I wanted to go ahead and check in. I'll check in at the end of the week too....that is if there's anything to post LOL. I haven't stuck to induction or even Atkins friendly foods. But I don't think I have anything to worry about as I'm not eating enough for it to hardly count. Next week WILL be better!!!
