40 pound jump, I hate when I start retaining water like this. I knew it was going to be bad . My feet & legs were so swollen that it felt like they were going to split open. Face was really puffy, barely open my eyes, was hard to breathe. Doc gave me an extra water pills so I have been up all night. Still retaining water but not near as bad . Frustrating , was wanting to know whether I'd lost any weight. Oh well onward & upward. Just not the # s on scale, want them downwards. 😶
