Darn it! I slipped a bit, pain getting me down. I started practicing Tai chi yesterday, and it helped restore my focus. I'm at Zumba Gold, ready to do my best, carefully.

I wondered if you were still in Zumba. It's been.. 5-6 years now? We still don't have it here in my one horse town.

Good morning! Hi HCB, good to see you, too. Hey, Bella! I've been certified to teach Zumba since 2015, Zumba Gold since 2016, and have been substitute teaching Gold for occasionally for a friend for a couple of years. Ive been doing Zumba for 8 or 9 years...love it! I'm going to another Zumba Gold class today; I'm getting a root canal at noon, so I needed a dose of fun and happy before that. I found a really good instructor, and the instructor friend that I sub for occasionally and a couple of our students also go to that class. Everyone, go out and have a good day, okay? thank you.
