But hey I’m okay and the reason is... 1) Been messing around with carbs (how many can I have... how do I feel, etc. 2) I’ve been feeling shitty af 3) I’ve also been eating more and trying to see how much my maintenance rly is. (No idea because I haven’t worked out much this week) 4) just not gonna worry! My body isn’t a project but I gotta figure out what works. For some reason Keto isn’t agreeing with my body atm...causing extreme and weird side effects. I’m off to the gym to start my week off right ! This is just a test.
