1971 kcal/day average, and I'm back on track. Interesting to see how these data, taken together with me only losing about 100g per week the last three weeks at about 2350 kcal/day average, are in almost perfect accordance with the "500 kcal deficit/day for 500g weightloss/week" rule of thumb.
