Yesterday several of us did a fast day. I was hoping to see a bigger drop in weight than I did but I still got 1.2 lbs which is still in the right direction so I'll take it. My body may have still been holding on to the weekend disaster. Today I'm going to try for 144 oz of water. That's just one more bottle than what I had yesterday.

Rachel... did you weigh at the 24 hour mark or is this weight from after you ate dinner? Since you did dinner-dinner... you would have to consider pre-dinner one day day and after dinner the start of another day.

I weighed at the 24 hour mark and again this morning. Both were the same. I'm not upset with it as I had a carb filled weekend and this may have just been the start to getting all of that out of my system and back on the right track. I'm still going to do Fasting Tues/Thurs for the next few weeks. I won't make a decision based on one days results.
