Nikita please read the book brain over binge. Also make sure you calories arnt too low. If you need 1800 a day and you're trying to lose. Have 1600 a day. You will lose slowly but at least you won't binge.

I’ve just been eating smaller meals (probably too little - but the side effects of a new medication)
And moved into a house with 2 storeys - so a bit of excercise. But with the decreased calories - I don’t have much energy for excercise.
