Hey everyone, it's Friday, how are you going to lose some weight this weekend? Isn't it fun on Monday morning to get on the scale, look down, and see a drop from what you were on Friday? Isn't that more fun than Mexican food? More fun than cookies or mashed potatoes? For me, it has to be more fun than a bottle of wine.

As I enjoy the weekend, I'm going to keep that Monday morning weigh-in in mind and work toward a loss from today. I've gone all week without wine, I can go the weekend if I just keep focusing on my goals and my reasons.

I'm getting pretty sick of dieting, I want to get this done and start building a wardrobe and working on toning and getting stronger, not always wishing I wasn't this size (even though I am thrilled with what I've accomplished.) I'm ready to start celebrating with some of my buddies! It seems like a bunch of us are kind of stuck, not gaining and not losing. How can we break past the limbo so many of us are in? Lets do it!

I've had 2 Mondays weighing 202...TWO. I'm so ready for this Monday to be 199. Hope your Monday is what you want it to be too!

Great post and very true! Wine is my downfall....for sure. So no wine this weekend.....not sure how much we will get out...staying home keeping an eye on the fur-baby. However, I will hit the elliptical machine and get some housework done. Got some soup made in case of a hunger attack and will make sure that I have some low carb snacks. Keep up on entering my foods all weekend so I am aware and drink that water...especially on the days that the food carries a high sodium punch! Here is to a loss on Monday!!!

Trying to break that 200 mark myself - it's been over five years :( I'm glad I don't drink wine or I would have to keep that AND chocolate off my mind! ;) Somewhere I heard that you should never drink your calories - so then what do you drink? Diet pop filled with garbage?? I'm getting tired of water, water, and more water!! Grrrr . . .

I had a few sips of wine last night, but it was white and I love my cab, so not a great temptation. I drink herb tea, I especially like Good Earth with some Splenda in it. I have a little Crystal Light lemonade, but I know that is not good for me.
