I've had 3/4s of an apple today & plenty of water. But having another bad flare up with my stomach. So my sugar levels are up. Its been hours since apple, plus before dinner insulin, & meds. My sugar levels are 391, still. Riley & I stumbled around perimeter of yard with flashlight for 3 laps would have done more but was afraid of fall & not be able to get up. So we come in & bebopped to some music. I've drank 4 extra bottles of water. Hopefully they come down soon.

Finally getting to read back postx. With an elevated BS that high should have gone to ER / didn’t your endocrinologist or MD set perimeters for you ? You do realize the harm your doing to your body and the possible repercussions that can result if you continue attempting to treat yourself Sorry for being so Blunt but have experienced enough working out in the field as an visiting nurse. Grant you hour attempting to work on your diet which is a plus but you also need to put in the same energy into getting your BS also under control Hopefully you’ve been logging your BS as many times as instructed them present findings to whichever MC controlling your insulin
