ugh. bad weekend. i went out of town for the weekend with friends and we went to an amusement park one day, so needless to say I ate food with tons of carbs. I wish i wouldn't have - it definetly wasn't worth it. but i guess i learned my lesson. now its time to focus focus focus! =)
