I started making a life change back on May 23rd 2008 when I returned home from a 6 state caching trip with my frieds. I was the only one in a group of 6 people who was really over weight and I was not pleased with my self. I decided it was time to get control of my eating habits once and for all. I started out at 215 lbs and today I'm at 204...pretty dern good and I am proud of myself. One day at a time is how I plan to get down to a happy goal. It's coming off with on pain and I've really not had a bad time with it so far. I watch my calorie intake and TRY to swim every day or walk.
