AM weigh in. 6hrs sleep. Kept sodium low yesterday with calories even though we went out to eat at a fancy new restaurant. This might be some dehydration going on but 🤷🏻♂️🍻 back to it today! And I did a short bowflex session while my son slept yesterday. Not sure when I'll get to the gym...
