Yesterday I walked a few miles with my sister and ended burning up more calories than I had actually consumed up until that point; eating throughout the day (and snacking on sugary things) I still managed to have a deficit in my net calories (of over 500 calories), but I wasn't hungry when it got later, so I didn't try to eat to get closer to my RDI.

Yesterday ended up pushing my over to my mini-goal (which is actually 215 but I'm not letting .2lbs stand in the way of my excitement) which is great. I've been losing weight most days, but I'm not actually alarmed that I'm losing to quickly because in the past I've always lost 5-7lbs/week for the first two weeks of any diet, then it would taper down to a pound or two per week. Either way I'm not starving myself or cutting out any foods, so I'm perfectly okay with how things are going.

I didn't track licking the caramel off of the spoon after I made it, but then again I completely guessed as to how much I actually had. I put 3Tbsp, but it was however much I used when dipping apple slices. Also I didn't track that here at all because FS foodtracker is whatever the opposite of user-friendly is. I'm more honest with tracking on myfitnesspal, because they don't make you jump through hoops to track what you ate.
