Hey i am on your bud! LOL. I am also 87.something. Only got on the scale this week Monday again and was actually suprised by weight loss. Did not diet at all, but had a mind change of eating what i want, all in small portions and cutting starge and sugar to be less. Still have it, but very little at times as my hernia hurts when i have it. Deur dik en dun is ons pelle. We are moving to dun! Our aim was 85kgs for March seeing each other. We are close!!!
