So my normal scale (FitBit Aria) says 213.8 while my bathroom scale says 211.7. I will continue to use the Aria as my main for consistency but in the back of my mind the bathroom scale is reminding me that I am really close to my next goal.

I spent all day yesterday cleaning, hurricane prepping the back patio and checking our supplies. Now, I remember Irene and honestly it wasn't that bad for me. Rain and wind but no power loss. So, I have everything set and I will be telecommuting to work on Monday and Tuesday. I hope that everyone is safe and that everyone will be ok from this storm.

Great work preparing for the hurricane - I am transplanted East Coaster and recall hurricanes well. Here, we prepare for tornadoes! LOL. Perhaps you could buy an measuring tape and start taking chest and waist measurements insteadof being stuck with just the scale. Especially with your new exercise routine - you may gain muscle but lose inches!

Maybe just pick a scale and stay with it? And as long as you are going down and doing so well, does it really matter? I'm with H, measure! According to Dr. Oz, the ideal waist size for women is 32 ½ inches and 35 inches for men.

I have picked a scale, the FitBit Aria is the main scale. I will measure myself today (neck, Chest, waist)...and see how that progresses. I just got a call from my work, saying that its a telecomutation day...YAY, work at home!
