Ok. I've had a wake up call. Blood work shows me with a BMI of 34 - in Category 1 Obese group. My vitamin D and vitamin B levels are out of whack as are all my bad cholesterol levels. I'm pre-diabetic.
If I was waiting for a sign from God, this would be it. It's time. It's PAST time. I have GOT to lose weight or I'm going to leave my family much sooner than I want to. I want to live to see my grandchildren.
