my weight went up one on this week. I am not very surprised. I got in an argument with my husband yesterday and went on a binge. I am an emotional eater.
today I am restarting my low carb diet not keto perse but low carb I will be right around 50 carbs these carbs will come mostly from fruits and vegetables I think the high proteins and fat will be good because without having a gallbladder I have a hard time digesting carbs and such
