I actually didn't eat drastically different from how I eat when I don't care about my weight, I just tracked it all. I did manage to work out, but cardio likely won't be an every day thing just yet. It still makes my back hurt. But I got up and did bicep curls during the commercials of the shows I watch, and strength exercises seem to be okay. I apparently ate a lot of fat yesterday (maybe from the oily things like Earth Balance and Vegenaise?) but I'm not too alarmed because I usually have difficulty getting my fats.
