Hey guys so this is a long post but please read

So I found that I was really in such a horrible place with everything. I was feeling so unhappy and down and out about everything, and because of that I couldn’t really focus on this goal, not in the right way that I needed to.

So I decided to take a ‘break’ off the fitness journey. I spent the past two weeks just doing a self evaluation of my life and trying to put myself in a good place again... and I’m happy to say that I’m back at full force. I’m feeling so much better and I’m so unbelievably motivated to work this goal, to work all my goals. Taking some time off to gain self awareness and to give myself self love is honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done for my self

So now I’m taking it back to square one, and I’m restarting this whole journey. And even though I’ve gained some kgs, I’ve also gained an incredible sense of ‘SELF’, which I wouldn’t want to lose for anything.

So here’s to me smashing this thing out of the park, let’s do this!
