This week, I focused on doing what I can to feel better. I was feeling pretty crappy last week (headaches, lightheaded, tired), and told myself I’d do whatever I could to improve my health, and I think that was motivating enough.

I only worked out officially once, and it was only 25 minutes, and was slow (in my opinion). But I did manage to stay active on Saturday, which was great. This upcoming week my goal is to work on more workouts. I don’t know if I can do every day, but I will certainly try. My hubby has started walking 5K each day (sometimes at 4:30am), so I may join him. Probably not at the early ones, but later ones for sure.

My biggest NSV this week was that when I was at work on Saturday coordinating our teaching session, there were TONS of leftover sandwiches, and I didn’t eat my weight in leftovers! I had 2 half sandwiches and stopped!!

The other interesting item noted this week was that I’ve found a thin crust pizza crust that I like and we’ve been making pizzas at home! We had a pizza last night that had chicken, mushrooms, onions, red pepper, feta and mozzarella cheese on it, and OMG it was awesome! The best part is that it was only 520 calories for half the pizza. Which is awesome!
