Prepping meals today before work. This helps me stay on track. I have a friend that I shared this method with who said, "I don't like leftovers, and that just reminds me of eating leftovers." Different strokes for different folks. :)

My husband doesn't like leftovers, maybe it's why he maintains his weight. I can eat old food from the refrigerator, donuts, cakes, etc. He only eats the food once, only hot donuts. 🙄
I really would love to be like him.

I don’t like leftovers, my husband has no choice. I give him the left overs for work, when he tried to say he don’t like them I said than you cook your lunch

I solved that with bringing groceries to work on Monday and putting together food fresh daily. But some people don't have that advantage
