Down to 201.6. Now a challenge (because, let's face it, being able to overcome the challenges is vital...and I haven't always fared so well at it, lol). My sister in law is arriving in a couple of hours, for 9 days. Keeping things on course during this week will be tough...there will be a lot of eating out, a lot of barbecues, etc. 4th of July isn't going to help matters, and the 4 year olds birthday party we have to attend later in the week just adds to the odds that I'm not going to be perfect in my eating habits. I'm going to try with all my might to at least not show a gain when I weigh in next week though. If I do, it won't be the end of the world, I will just do what I have to do and get back on course. That's what I have to remember...whatever damage I do to my diet can be undone...it's just going to take a little more time. Important thing is always to find my way back on course.
