Spent 2 days at my mom for hospital visit so had 2 days of going over my limit cause she seriously doesn’t have anything healthy so I did an unofficial weigh in today after getting back yesterday and mind is a tad at ease cause at least I didn’t gain, that would have seriously hurt state of mind right now
