awal diet masih makan biasa (ga clean food)porsinya aja dikurangi, rasanya menikmati banget n turun 2 kg. hari ini sdh bosen nyobain makan clean food yg ga berasa n bb ga turun2. 😭 lebih baik saya makan ga usah clean2 amat...yg penting makan sehat n kurangi porsinya aja deh. drpd ga diet sama sekali....🤤😮
