On Monday, when I had this tooth extracted, I only got in 978 Calories. Yesterday, my mouth was even SORER, and I only got in 605 Calories. I'm still very limited in what I can eat - nothing hard to chew, nothing spicy, nothing that requires a LOT of chewing, can't open my mouth very wide without pain, afraid of getting something IN the hole, nothing too hot, nothing too cold. It's a pain in the tush! I slept from 6pm last night until 4:30am this morning. Just got up and did my daily Bible reading, checked all my notifications, and am recording my Challenge Results now. I ate a CarbMaster yogurt, and I'm already ready to go back to bed. I hope this won't last long. I NEED to be supporting all my "Daily Accountability 2019-#4" members, and I've ALREADY got 19 people signed up for #5, which starts on Monday! I try to be a very "hands-on" Administrator, "Supporting" all your journal entries and weight entries, answering all your questions, posting new informative information on the Challenge Forum every day, writing on your Challenge Wall, and sending Personal Messages. I hope all my #4 members will bear with me as I recuperate from this oral surgery! I haven't forgotten you!!! I care about each one of you, and want to do anything I can to ensure your success! I'll be back in full swing, hopefully by tomorrow! Hang in there, and make me proud!
