OK much better day:

Bathroom Scale: 217.6
FitBit Scale: 217.1

Conservative although I am tempted to use the FitBit weight. I will write more later..

Early Evening Update:

Ok, so the wife was not feeling well and she suffers from Migraines/cluster headaches so I was playing the role of nurse/care giver today. I gave her meds and provided lunch. She was feeling way better in the late afternoon. We ended up watching a movie ("Jack and Jill") and laughing...overall a good day!

Thought of the day:

1) Be thankful for everyone you love - Last night, the wife and I talked about all the people close to us who have passed away in the last year. As we spoke about my mom, I started crying and I told my wife how much I missed her. I feel regret in my heart because I know I could have done much more to spend time with my mom. All I can say to everyone out there in FS land, spend time with your loved ones, call them, tell them you love them because you never know if you will have another chance...
