Good start to day with 50 minutes on elliptical at @134 bpm.

Looking forward to nice lunch of chili chicken breast with some squash and cabbage.

Treat this afternoon of honey cinnamon wheat cereal......it's one of my "Concoctions" as my wife calls them. Don't ask.
