I feel good. I'm basically making anyone and everyone in my life work out with me. Daniel hasn't been exercising much lately, and my sister-in-law hurt her knee running, so I made my little sister and her best friend/future boyfriend go running with me. Ooh is she a mean trainer! Instead of running the straights and walking the curves, she made us do crossovers, high knees, shuffles, and other ridiculously painfully hard exercises on the curves. I survived just a mile, as opposed to the normal 2. And THEN she made us do an ab workout from her body combat class. It was fun! I love combat, but can't afford the gym membership. In any case, I'm looking forward to tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day... praise God! I owe him everything.
