The last year and a half has been quite a rollercoaster! I took up powerlifting, stopped concentrating on my diet so much, ballooned up to 217, now back down to 198. I also moved from Pittsburgh to Maine to start a new job all by myself, so things have been a bit stressful! I'm looking at making smarter choices with my food, continue powerlifting when I can, and picking up running again. I never felt better after a good run, and I'm looking forward to getting that feeling back again.
Not sure what my new goal weight will be. I don't plan on associating it with a number, but more or less how I feel and look.
