I have been away from home for two weeks; visited with daughter and grandsons. I dieted some days, and some days I did'nt on others. Came back with a 5 pound gain and a toothache; I am taking care of both today, and am going right back to phase 1 of SB, HAPPILY!!!! I have to catch up with all my buddies.....Hope all are well....

Welcome back, Susie! Hope you had a wonderful trip! It's so easy to gain weight when you are on a vacation. But it's okay. Now that you're back you can get back on the wagon and work those 5 lbs. back off! Hope you get that tooth taken care of soon! :)

You are doing great too and will lose that 5 lbs in no time. It's amazing how we have to struggle so to get it off and how easily it comes back on. It doesn't seem fair does it?
