I haven't weighed in for at least 6 months. This week in represents my first since I have quit smoking. So if one gained 5 lbs it's still a success over quitting that horrible habit. My new goal is no fast food and no soda. I've got 5 days on that one, which is great considering I was eaying a mc donalds breakfast daily. Today's weight will change over the next 7 days... and my bad habit breaking will be a success!!!👏👏👏👏
